“Alloggiamo qui durante il tragitto per Key West. Camera grande per 5 persone, pulita e comoda. Ristorante carino anche se non nr abbiamo usufruito.”

“Absolutely horrible stay. It took over an hour to get the key code. The place looks like an unfinished Boy Scout project. Everything is old and dirty and rusty . Cigarette butts on the beach. Everything is rundown and damaged. I don’t believe that there was even a credible architect building this place. I felt like I was in a horror movie. Last but not least We found out that the place is for sale…..No wonder !”

“Appena arrivato mi sono arrabbiato non poco in quanto pur essendi in 3 persone la stanza aveva un letto matrimoniale e un piccolo divano. Difronte alle mie rimostranze mi hanno concesso una seconda stanza. La responsabilitá del disservizio la attribuisco a voi piuttosto che al hotel e comunque non potete vendere un servizio per 3 persone quando poi ce ne stanno 2”

Housekeeping praticamente inesistente, non rifanno il letto (che di per sé ha già lenzuola ingiallite) ma si limitano ad aggiungere prodotti da bagno (all'arrivo 2 di essi erano già usati). “Was based in Miami on vacation but had planned a trip to the keys so chose Kingsale Resort for our overnight stay. Check in was a smooth and the lady behind the desk (apologies cannot remember her name) was super sweet and helpful and instructions were clear and easy to understand.
